At a recent IMAGE meeting, Mountain Valleys Health Centers reported that one of the things needed most by those who came to the Homeless Outreach was socks.
As a result, Cindy Dodds, has announced that the Tri-Counties Community Network has launched a “Toasty Toes Sock Drive.”
“It’s a pretty simple concept,” says Cindy. “Drop off new or gently used (and clean) socks in the marked bin in our lobby, and/or send folks our way if they are in need. We are collecting socks for children, adults, male and female. The rules of the game – leave what you can, take what you need.”
Tri County Community Network is located at the Intermountain Community Center, 37477 Main Street in Burney.
