Shaylene Herndon is running for 2017 Honorary Mayor of Burney. She is raising money for TriCounties Community Network.
Shaylene’s campaign motto is “Burney Can Do It!”
Her goal is to “Stop the crime.”
If you would like to vote for Shaylene, stop by TriCounties Community Network and donate to her campaign. Every dollar donated counts as one vote. You can vote as many times and as much as you want. This is an election that money can buy.
Shaylene joins two candidates, Mary Frances Unterreiner and Anna Denny who have turned in their applications to run for Honorary Mayor.
There are more people who have said that they will be running for mayor to support various charities. Each candidate will be officially announced as soon as their form is turned in to the Burney Chamber of Commerce. All candidate registration forms should be filed by April 1st.
